Every 4 – 6 weeks is ideally best suited to have your pets groomed, however should you dogs be accustomed to being indoors most of the time or coats that require regular grooming, you may prefer more frequent visits, if so, we suggest you join our mobile grooming program and receive greatly reduced discounts.Click here to join our Grooming Program

Yes, our staff love and will treat your pets as if it were their own, however aggressive dogs might require to be muzzled which will not harm them, this in turn protects them and our staff. Our trained staff can handle rescue and nervous dogs and will soon establish rapport with them.

For your conveniencewe will email invoices directly to you.We accept EFT (please do so within 48 hours) or cash on the day of appointment.

We require one towel per pet, and the closest garden tap and electrical plug point.

We unfortunately won’t be able to groom until such time that your pet until your vet has given you an all clear to go ahead. Our vans are sanitised after every appointment to eliminate risks, however with a contagious skin disorder the risk is far too great.
